(50 word limit) I advocate a national energy policy of non-interference by government in our free market process of energy allocation and investment. By ridding ourselves of governmental regulations and restrictions which interfere with the economics of supply and demand, we can ensure abundant energy to serve the needs of our nation. 3. How would you balance the need to protect American citizens from terrorists with the need to retain civil liberties? (50 word limit) As an American, I reject the idea that we must sacrifice our civil liberties to maintain security. If elected as your Representative, I will vote to eliminate those programs that do nothing to protect the rights of Americans and I will redirect the funding to our military and intelligence agencies. -- David Wallace Croft http://www.lptx.org/croft/ 214-731-9284
